I had heard about Sézane through friends, but it wasn’t until I visited l’Appartement Sézane, in Paris’ 2nd arrondissement, that I found myself hooked.
Created just three years ago, in 2013, Sézane has a young, fresh feel with simple, well-designed pieces, the kind of effortless, French style that most girls aspire to achieve in their own wardrobes. I find myself passing by regularly to check out the latest pieces and I’m always impressed with the quality and fit of every item I try on.
Designed more as a gallery than a boutique, l’Appartement Sézane gives you the chance to see and try out the brand’s permanent collection. The light-filled space is inviting and I love the feeling that you could hang out for hours, as if visiting a friend.
Although the brand is sold 100% online, the boutique offers a Take Away selection on items including stationery, notebooks, home goods such as pillows and coffee cups, candles and phone cases.
If you’re in Paris I highly recommend stopping in, even if just to browse. You can read more about the brand and see additional images over at Paris Chérie.
